Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds or more. Add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Lightly brush the inside of a bundt pan (or other oven-safe dish) with melted butter.
This is the perfect time to have your little kitchen helper help you cut the mozzarella cheese in small cubes.
Cut off large marble-sized balls of dough and flatten around 2/3 of an ounce if you want to be precise. Top with a cube of mozzarella.
Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching well to seal. Then place inside greased bundt pan and after each layer brush with more of the melted butter mix.
Repeat until all of the dough is used. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes, while preheating the oven to 400. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is very brown.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a platter and serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
