Boil a large pot of water. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted add the cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Turn the fire off and add the Parmesan cheese and mix together.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss and pour into a large dish. I love to add more Parmesan but you do not have to. Toss in the pasta, serve and enjoy!
