Red Velvet Cake Brownies for Valentine’s Day!
A delicious mix of cake and brownies all tied into one surprise, Red Velvet Cake Brownies with cream cheese frosting… what could be better!

- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg, large
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate M&M’s, (more for topping)
- 1 batch of Cream Cheese Frosting, (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, egg, and milk. Chop up m&m’s. Mix in the m&m’s into the batter.
- Wrap an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour mixed batter into greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting and frosting.
