Do you ever find yourself with extra buttermilk after what you needed to make milk chocolate buttermilk pancakes or buttermilk biscuits.
If you run into this problem like I do then here is a solution I bet you didn’t know. Just freeze it!
You can separate the buttermilk in one tablespoon measurements in ice cube trays and place it in the freezer.
When you are in need of buttermilk all you need to do is take out as much as you need and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Just remember that buttermilk can freeze up to two to three months.
