If your anything like me you actually enjoy going to the grocery store and walking down the aisles choosing all the things you need for your week. But some of you rather run in get what you need and run out, more like a drive by. A drive by isn’t bad as long as you initially walk into the store knowing what you need and want.
Making an organized shopping list will definitely cut down your time you will spend in the grocery store. Here are a few different ideas you can implement the next time you shop.
1. Keep a list stuck on to your fridge and just add on foods when you run out or remember you need them.
2. Make a print-out of all the foods you know you buy every week and either re-use or reprint the list every week. Always remember to leave space for add-ons.
3. Try organizing your foods into categories based on where they’re found in the grocery store. Then arrange the categories based on where you start your shopping throughout the store. This will help you avoid forgetting anything needed.
Do any of you follow any of these ideas?
