Lemons are the perfect fruit. They are long lasting, great quality and always enhances the ingredients of any dish. Lemons will always be found in my kitchen for a number of reasons, for decoration to a dish, adding flavor, and cleaning purposes. When buying lemons always keep in mind when you want the lemon’s zest to look for lemons that have a rough thick outer skin.
