Chocolate Mint Mug Cake {#Choctoberfest with Imperial Sugar & Barlean’s}

- Yield: 1 serving 1x
- Spray all sides of a mug with non-stick cooking spray. This will help the cake to form its shape as well as prevent sticking.
- Add all dry ingredients and the add wet ingredients and mix in mug. (If you want to really kick up the mint flavor add a 1/2-1 teaspoon of Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl to batter). Make sure it is all well blended.
- Microwave for 1 minute or until cake is firm in the center. Drizzle Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl on top and dust with powdered sugar… Enjoy!
