Chocolate Mint Mug Cake {#Choctoberfest with Imperial Sugar & Barlean’s}

Instructions

  1. Spray all sides of a mug with non-stick cooking spray. This will help the cake to form its shape as well as prevent sticking.
  2. Add all dry ingredients and the add wet ingredients and mix in mug. (If you want to really kick up the mint flavor add a 1/2-1 teaspoon of Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl to batter). Make sure it is all well blended.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute or until cake is firm in the center. Drizzle Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl on top and dust with powdered sugar… Enjoy!
