This easy, cheesy, tangy Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer to make for any potlucks, gatherings or holiday parties.
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Toppings: chopped green onions
In a crock pot, combine all ingredients: shredded cooked chicken, chopped up cream cheese block, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir it all together.
Place lid on top and cook on LOW heat for 3-4 hours or HIGH heat for 2 hours. Make sure to stir every 30 minutes to make sure it is all melted together.
Once done, add the remainder of cheese (1/2 cup) on top and place lid back on to melt.
Sprinkle chopped green onion (scallion) on top and serve.
Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or chopped celery.
