No-Bake Protein Balls {peanut butter & chocolate chips}

These simple no-bake protein balls are the perfect snack for anytime of the day filled with peanut butter, oats, honey and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (use old-fashioned oats)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup ground Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Once chilled, roll into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week– if they last that long!
