Another wonderful dish that was brought to ThatsSoYummy’s Food and Wine Mixer were Saltfish Fritters….. These were DELICIOUS!!!!! Enjoy! 🙂     Saltfish Fritters is a staple in Jamaican Cuisine.  The saltfish is commonly known as codfish.

  • Today Jacob turns 8! EIGHT YEARS OLD… saying it out loud and I still can’t believe it. Reflecting back on this year, Jacob entered back into school and 2nd grade, where he could be surrounded by his friends who he missed so much the previous year. He took by force the YMCA soccer team he played on and scored numerous goals and transitioned into playing for Orlando City, following into his big brothers footsteps but making his own path. ⚽️🥅 (Lead goal scorer in the house #ifykyk 🤣) He has continued to grow as an artist, one of his favorite pastimes. (As well as creating stories and free handing sketches). 🎨✍🏽 He has worked on his Dad Jokes (if you didn’t know he thinks he’s part comedien). 😂🤣 Transitioned on a two wheeler bike 🚲 but needs to keep working on his breaking and not running into garbage cans 🤦🏽‍♀️. Travelled on an airplane for the FIRST time and visited NYC & NC. Jacob has definitely become his OWN fashion expert and loves wearing jeans👖and HIS personal outfits! Most lovable kid I know who is sweet and kind to not only his family but friends also. Gives the best snuggles (known as the snuggle monster). Always willing to give a helping hand in any projects with his dad or cooking with mommy. The best little brother to his big brother and sister. Lover of all things sweet especially desserts 🧁🍰🍪🍩🍫 Excited to see what year 8 will bring for this ray of sunshine!
