Bread baking in the oven

Kitchenaid Mixer

Balance of flavors

None – it’s all about expression

Liver

Chocolate Cake – although I rarely ever feel guilty about it

All the time – how I feel about food is always evolving

* If you could prepare a dinner for anyone, who would it be?

If it were someone famous I would probably have a nervous breakdown –  I choose family and friends

* If you could choose a living or historical cook to prepare a meal for you, who would it be?

My grandfather and grandmother who are no longer with us. I do not have any memory of him but I’ve been told they used to own a restaurant in Korea and it was very good.

The Pioneer Woman – I like reading Ree’s blog daily because her posts are always uplifting, funny, and real.

Outrageously Amazing

* What is your favorite food shopping experience?

Shopping at local farmers markets

* If you could move, which country would you move to for the food?

Bolivia – I spent a summer there and there is something very magical about how Bolivians prepare beef. Street cart food is also outrageously amazing

You mean there is a dress code?

All my favorite desserts – cake, ice cream, tarts, pie, and coffee

Steak and potatoes – it’s the key to a man’s heart

Matcha ice cream
