Easter Brunch – French Toast Casserole

Did any of you have a special meal, yesterday to celebrate Easter?

I made a Baked French Toast Casserole, from Ms. Paula Deen, that was sooooooo Yummy!   This is definitely one of my families favorite breakfast meals!

Just imagine sliced up thick pieces of a french baguette soaked overnight in eggs, cream, cinnamon, sugar, butter, nutmeg.  Then topped off with a special brown sugar, butter mixture….I know your salivating right now. I know, I know! Complete and utter torture… Sorry I just couldn’t help myself 😉 Lets just say that when I took this baby out of the oven it didnt take long for there to be none left over. Oh! and don’t worry… the recipe will be posted as soon I run off all the french toast I ate 🙂 So let me know what you ate yesterday…. please leave comments below!
